Position Senior Administration Executive
Reporting To Manager - Administration
Location Gujarat and Maharastra Project Sites
Experience 8-10 years of relevant experience particularly at construction sites.
Education Post graduate in office management/administration/ B.com/BA.

Role & Responsibilities

  • To deal with the appropriate authorities on all matters regarding the site.
  • To take care of all statutory compliances at the site.
  • To ensure proper housekeeping, safety and security of the office properties.
  • To ensure that the Site assets are in a proper condition and it being used for official purposes only.
  • To take care of Labour camp and Labour attendance management at site.
  • To ensure that all relevant insurances are in place e.g. Vehicle insurance, Cash in Transit, Cash in Safe etc.
  • To ensure timely submission of the documents to various agencies as required.
  • To ensure timely submission of various periodical reports, highlights of the previous months reports.
  • To help in mobilizing labours at site.
  • To ensure that the expenditure is incurred within the limits of the sanctioned budget.
  • Should have basic knowledge of accounting and is able to do entries in ERP.

Should also have the knowledge and experience in the following areas:

Administration

  1. All site Admin related works.
  2. Prepare monthly Time sheet of Staff and Labour.
  3. Staff and Labour welfare and taking care of Labour compliances
  4. Preparation of labour application and take into the sub contract roll.
  5. House and site admin related items.

Working in a multidisciplinary team of designers and engineers providing a professional design service to our clients, this is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to develop their experience with a world-renowned specialist civil engineering company.

Requirements

Essential
  • Appropriate academic and professional qualifications MTech (Structures) + B.E. (Civil)
  • 6+ years of experience in the design of PT slab/Beam/Steel/Bridge for Building structures.
  • Proficient in design software such as ADAPT.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office software particularly MS Excel and Word.
Desirable
  • Familiarity with IS codes and / or Eurocodes.
  • Experience of the design and / or assessment of structures in Post Tensioned Slab/Beam for building
  • Experience of the design and / or assessment of building / structures in a range of materials including steel, reinforced concrete, pre-stressed concrete, composite, masonry.
  • Experience of the design and / or assessment of foundations / earth retaining structures.
  • Familiarity with a range of engineering software’s such as ETABs/SAFE/STAAD PRO.
  • Familiarity with the use of AutoCAD and / or Revit.
Responsibilities

You will be a Design Engineer within the Structures team carrying out the design and checking of a range of elements associated with Post tensioned Building projects. You will be responsible for:

Production of design solutions for PT Buildings and Structures projects including analysis, production and checking of design drawings, specifications, design reports.

  • Working to technical quality standards.
  • Delivering projects to time and budget.
  • Liaising with Client based customers in a responsive and client focused manner.
Individual
  • Ability to adapt to different cultures and working environments to build rapport with customers. Experience of using written and spoken English within a business environment.
  • The position is to be based in Bangalore.
